For the last two week I have been holding back on posting any new setups in the HPS section of the site. This was mainly due to the recent volatility that entered the markets from the "correction" on the 24th of August. 

Next week we have the biggest FOMC meeting in a long time. Sept was the month pegged for the fed to start raising rates. This is by no means a sure thing and even though it will be the focus of the week life and trading will go on. We will be very nimble leading into the decision (Thursday 2:00pm) 

The pennant formation that has formed in the S&P is right at its break point but the direction is still unclear.

Some internal indicators are showing strength and a possible break higher, but we know that the market can react on news and move things around pretty fast. The game plan on stocks is pretty well laid out in this weeks video. There is a focus group of set ups that I have mapped out and some of these are just reviewed on the video and then there are some new setups that I look to start off in. The key is small shares into this weeks news but the setups are defines out well and certain criteria needs to be met to enter. Thats what i love about the HPS.

The Setup in PSMT is an example of that.

Now that the tidal wave has past. You will have noticed things on my side have tightened up a lot  and we are back on track. Taking profits faster and trading lighter until condition and a overall trend is identified. Next week should be a great week for us at DTR and look for the returns to continue.
