First let me say thank you for hanging in there with me this week, As of the writing of this post I feel I am over the worst of my Bronchitis and getting better by the hour. I look forward to getting back on the air Monday morning and bringing you the best that DTR can deliver.. and that would be profits!. 

Let's start off with the big picture:  

The markets really exploded higher Wednesday into Thursday after a hard and pretty extreme sell off earlier in the week. Friday, We gave some of that back and left off looking slightly negative on the 60 min time frame yet we cross back higher on the daily. I feel Monday needs to be approached with a bit of caution and patience as we are in what appears to be a large rising wedge pattern which typically can be viewed as bearish. If this wedge proves true then we are entering the zone where we would look for a rollover and breakdown.

This is just a general observation on a pattern that has the "appearance" of a wedge.

I tend to watch the stochastics at this point and see if we will cross back down and confirm the pattern breakdown.

 I wish it would be that easy..

. The other interesting thing I am noticing is the many positive (Buy Side) Lane Divergences ) that have set up in underlying stocks. I go over many of this in this weeks video. This Signal is one of my favorites for trading both futures and equities.  Below I show you 3 on the Futures.

These can be recognized with some experience in the markets. I try to point them out each day and they are considered my "goto" trade on the ES. They tend to show up near the open  but in this case we had 3 nice ones later in the morning. I also want to stress the importance of combining this signal with any of the other HPS indicators that we use. Be it a recognized channel, wedge, trend line or a volume profile zone we plot each week. These combinations are by far the best set ups around.

MHFI has the same type of setup, but is a stock I never traded before

   This last one is on the HPS watch for this week and is a Chart Bounty. (Chart Bounty is where a member of DTR brings to my attention a qualified HPS Lane Divergence and if I choose to take the position I share 30% of the profits with the member)
