Is it Taboo to Trade Tragedies?

My heart goes out to those affected by yesterday's senseless tragedy.  That includes those in and around the area of the bombs, as well as any whose past experiences are brought to mind during such atrocities.

As traders, what do we do when tragedy strikes?  Is it a time to sit on the sidelines?  If we trade, are we "taking advantage" of a tragic circumstance?  Is it Taboo to Trade Tragedies?
