The first part of the watch list breaks down to the core of the HPS methodology. And it is perfect timing for this video as the markets in a tricky balancing act going into next week. We have the perfectly formed Head and Shoulders pattern formed on the S&P and the apparent break down of the markets confirming the pattern. We have not yet broken the neckline and short term we are oversold. Frances Presidential elections are Sunday and results could effect the futures going into Monday morning. I have no opinion or guess on how the election is going to effect the markets in the short term, but i do realize the markets have the proverbial carrot hanging in front of its nose in the form of QE3 and I feel there is an invisible support area because of it. That leads us to this week and the line in the sand. The Video is very educational and in these uncertain days ahead I stress caution until we get a clearer picture.
