First Take a look at the futures close on Friday Below you see the Non-farm payrolls for March disappointed the markets and took them down 15 points. Because this was on basically a closed market day and no real liquidity in the markets I expect this to be a great opportunity if you have your trading plan set up for Monday. Definitely want to split the week into 2 parts. Monday Gap down on the $SPX (S&P 500) I want to be ready to buy into 1375 area +/- 5 points There is a very nice trend line on the 60 min I will be showing during the show. The Trend line starts Jan 30th and runs through March 7th and comes right under the 1373-1375 zone.

We might not get down that far. But will give us some great opportunities in the XLE and OIH and that's why this week's watch list has focus on this sector, But entries need to measures and risk controlled. I will be taking small positions and adding near end of day if we do see the reversal form and hold into the close.
