Early week rally could be in the cards, On Friday we had a nice completion to a 1-2-3-4 pull back. The one thing I pay attention to in this pattern is if we get a reversal off of a break of previous days lows. and have the candle close positive for the day this all taking place after recently breaking to 52 week highs and the pull back (4th day) is holding above the 20 ema.

Now all this combined with the fact we are very bullish on the internals like market breadth with new 52 week high outpacing new lows 61 to 10 on Friday. So going into this week I am Bullish early Monday and Tuesday and will re-evaluate the markets Wednesday.

This weeks Kick Ass Trade is MCD. And the rest of the watch list is ready to take advantage of an early week rally. GS makes a return visit to the watch list and Steel will be good after this recent 3 day pull back (X, MT)
