I  remember years ago when I just traded for myself had really no responsibilities. Each day would be a new adventure in the markets, I would go through the process of looking for opportunities in the market during the live market day. Trying to find that edge, trying to manage everything as everything was moving. The days I prepared myself were ALWAYS more profitable then the days I just figured things out on the fly. 

These days I can look back and truly feel at home in the markets, no more chasing stocks no more hitting for the fences. Today it's a job, and with dedicated research, consistently reminding myself of the discipline needed and patience to really give me the best chance in the markets. Today I am proud to be a Trader.
