This week's watch list focused on 2 major sectors setting up. Aerospace Defense and Steel. I like Steel here better, but there is no denying that the charts look great in the defense sector. I didn't touch base to much on airlines, but they are getting close to levels I am interested in and will keep a close eye on them this week. 

Markets remain very jittery, but you can feel and see the amount of bad news being released is not having a catastrophic effect on the markets and the markets seem to continue to absorb the news and hand in there. We're about 50 points off the highs in the S&P and it seems that the US economy is on the brink of collapse if you listen to the news all day. Like I said on the radio you could not write a better script for this to play out. I like the best bets a lot this week and will look to take bigger positions in VOD, Stocks Covered in this weeks watch list. $RTN, $LLL. $BA, $COL, $GD, $VOD, $WLT, $GE, $AMGN, $WFR, $X, $MT, $AKS, $F, $TIN

The way I see ..We once again in uncharted territory, History has shown the results when you are able to see through the fear and not follow the crowd. Stick to quality in times of uncertainty, The markets are waiting for a little clarity, We need to scale back and take advantage in smaller share size to balance and quell the emotions that come with this type of trading environment.
