After a day like this, I would be good to review the 10 for 1000 watch list. This week I wanted to make it clear how important it is to let the trigger prices be hit before entering the trade. Each Weekend I spend a good 5-6 hours doing research scanning over 300 stocks for the best set ups.When you enter early you take a lot of the momentum of the breakout out of the equation and there is more risk involved. When you enter on a trigger point, That stock is set up to get the most volume and momentum that accompanies a move from a pattern. This weeks watch list is already a home run, It only motivates me to find even better set ups in the future. Not all stocks will trigger, It is important to realize the end game "taking money off the table" So never feel bad about taking a profit, The setups will continue to come, The discipline is the hardest par.

Now for this weeks review  I want to do this more often, but for the last month I been fighting a severe chest cold, Today I got to the doctors and hope to be on the road to recovery (steroids, Antibiotics and inhalers)
