Important update to the Watch List, Everything working great with the $VXX and In my best case scenario I would like to see the $VXX gap up near 20 on Monday. (That would have the markets gapping down). There is to many scenarios that could play out over the weekend and the watch list we normally would focus on is a little bit different. This video points out the strength coming into certain sectors. An obvious indication that smart money is coming into the US markets. Short term is going to be very tricky especially looking at early next week. Will the central banks again come in and provide some fairy dust to the markets and try to reinsure the markets.

If we have that type of action Sunday/Monday I think it will come over as a negative and the markets will sell any pop. I think we need to let this play out a big and the medium term picture will start to clear up.
